Returns & Refunds policy

Oye Chidya offers its customers a simple reverse pick-up arrangement for returns. However, we encourage you to review our size guides and product description carefully before making your purchase. Our products are quality checked before they are dispatched but if you decide to return your purchase, we will make our best effort to make it hassle-free for you. Kindly read our terms.

• Please raise a return request via email on returns@oyechidya.com (Please mention the order no. and reason of return).

• You have 14 days to request a return of an item from the time of receipt.

• Oye Chidya reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

• Customers are required to pay the shipping cost to return the goods; unless the goods vary significantly from its description. The Shipping cost will be adjusted against your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment

• We will notify you on the status of your refund within 7 days of receipt of the return and you can expect a refund within 10 days thereafter.
