Returns

• Please raise a return request via email on returns@oyechidya.com (Please mention the order no. and reason of return).
• You have 12 days to request a return of an item from the time of receipt.
• Oye Chidya reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
• Customers are required to pay the shipping costs to return the goods; unless there is a defect or the goods vary significantly from its description.                                           

Refunds

• Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.
• We will notify you on the status of your refund within 7 days of receipt of the return and you can expect a refund within 10 days thereafter.
• We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

• Your order will be processed within 5 days.
• You can expect to receive your order within 10 days. anywhere in India.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
